You can be capable, successful and composed, and still feel as though the life you knew has quietly disappeared beneath you.
A divorce, break-up or emotional separation has shaken you. But you are still showing up for work, caring for others, maintaining your social life and managing everything that needs to be done. Yet beneath the capable exterior, there may be little space left for your grief, your needs or the question of who you are now.
Standing Tall Again is a deeply personal process that creates room for you again. We bring together psychological insight, nervous-system regulation and practical change, so you can recover your inner stability, reclaim your identity and build a life that no longer requires you to abandon yourself.
Four distinct phases bring emotional depth and practical direction to your recovery.
Reduce overwhelm, support nervous-system regulation and create enough inner safety to meet what is here.
Explore attachment, needs, beliefs and relationship patterns with compassion and psychological insight.
Reconnect with your voice, boundaries, body, strengths and sense of feminine self beyond the relationship.
Define your priorities, restore work–life balance and create a future aligned with who you are now.
This is not a one-size-fits-all course. Every session and supporting practice is adapted to your needs, capacity and real life.
Your coaching may move between reflective conversation, psychological and systemic insight, practical tools and body-based regulation, depending on what supports you most in that moment.
My approach uniquely combines psychosocial counselling with psychological and systemic perspectives, intuitive movement, individually adapted yoga and breathing exercises, and carefully chosen hypnotherapy. This allows us to work not only with what you understand intellectually, but also with the emotions, patterns, nervous-system responses and subconscious beliefs that shape how change is felt and lived.
Founding client offerSystemic coaching and psychosocial insight help you recognise patterns, resources and new possibilities without reducing you to a diagnosis.
Mindfulness, breath, restorative movement and Yoga Nidra support stress recovery when your mind and body have been carrying too much.
A dedicated session and personalised audio can help you work gently with your system of beliefs and inner responses that conscious insight alone may not shift. discover your subconscious patterns and learn from them

Reconnect with sensuality, softness, strength and self-expression without performing an idea of what a woman should be.
Small, relevant practices help translate each session into everyday decisions, relationships and the future you are creating.
“You are not rebuilding the woman you were. You are becoming the woman who no longer abandons herself.”
Half Balinese and half Austrian, Suryane brings together cultural depth, a global perspective and more than ten years of experience in the psychosocial field.
Her approach is professional and deeply human: warm, grounded and curious, with a belief that meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to meet ourselves honestly. She combines psychological insight with mindfulness, movement and nervous-system regulation to create a space where women feel seen rather than fixed.
Personal development is not about fixing who you are. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with your resources and moving forward with clarity.
The programme is designed for women who are either in immediate crisis or still feel emotionally affected, disconnected or uncertain, whether the separation was recent or many months ago.
